The LIFE and TIMES of UTICA has published in its entirety my letter protesting the visit of war profiteer, 9/11 conspirator, neo-Con creep, drunken quail (and lawyer) hunter, and snarling Enemy of Liberty Dick Cheney to our humble city. In so doing, the L&T manifests the guts lacking in other publications in our area.
