Dave McGowan seems to be currently attacking many of his readers who do not agree with his views about celebrity replacements, most specifically as of June 2014 , McGowan has taken a personal vengeance , it would seem on those who think Paul McCartney was killed in 1966 and replaced by an imposter. McGowan's ridicule and treatment of this topic has led many to question the merits of his own current research. There seems to be little depth underneath the Canyons of McGowan's claims. However , time will undoubtedly tell if Dave is genuine or something quite the opposite.

McGowan's antagonism is very off-putting for sure. The Beatles are, of course, the most influential rock band of all time but no one gets that big without a little help from their friends.

The weirdness surrounding the Beatles easily eclipses that of the Laurel Canyon bands. The MI-6 has been at the game longer than the CIA.
