Must Read!

Dave McGowan tackles the moon landing hoax in his latest article "Wagging the Moondoggie." I've kind of stayed away from this because I didn't like all the emphasis put on the photographic evidence. Although McGowan covers much of that he shows there are much better, easier to understand arguments to put this myth to rest.

And of course it's very funny. Enjoy.

Very funny Herb if it were not for the gross deceit of our government and complicity of the media. Is it a wonder I don't watch TV anymore?
I lied. I watch the weather sometimes. Sometimes they tell the truth.

After Apollo I the suspicion that something was wrong was not the pictures but the astronauts interview. Rather than jubilant they looked like they were going to the gallows if they answered wrongly.

I always wondered about that but family responsibilities keept me from looking further.

Thanks to you and Dave for the info.

I read all five parts last night. The moon landing was even more absurd than 9/11, if such a thing is possible.

I think Wallace and Gromit had a better spaceship and their moon video is more convincing.

How come they didn't go all the way and build Barbie's Malibu Moon-house? They already had the dune buggy.

Of course, when I was a lad, I loved this stuff. I drank Tang and ate those stupid peanut butter sticks the alleged astronauts were reputed to gobble. Yecch. The moon landing, like Santa Claus, is a story for children. (Of course, I was too tubby to ever seriously entertain the idea of being an astronaut--but I still drank my goddamn Tang.)

The Universe is made of horseshit. This fact ought to depress me, but I find it somehow liberating. I wonder if a tablespoon of Tang, sprinkled into cheap beer, will improve its flavor. . .

Glad you guys both liked it. I think the more absurd the story the better McGowan is.

Isn't Vyz going to be interviewing Dave about this series on TOBE? I heard Dave imply so in the Gordon Comstock podcast. Any idea when it will be posted?

I think Vyz will be discussing the Manson murders with Dave. They should be doing it soon if they haven't already. Vyz has a couple of other interviews with Adam Gorightly and Andy Colvin concerning Manson. They'll all be put up at the same time, I think.
